Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens—and Donna will always do her best to accommodate unexpected situations. To honor everyone’s time and energy, please note the following: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to qualify for a refund. Refunds cover the amount paid minus merchant processing fees, which are non-refundable costs Donna pays to the payment provider. - No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. If you're a returning client who receives a loyalty discount, please remember to apply your discount code at the time of booking—we’re unable to issue partial refunds if the code is missed. - Emailed questions after a reading will not be answered outside of a scheduled session. If something comes up afterward, you're welcome to bring it to your next booked reading. - If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. No refunds or extensions will be offered for late arrivals. Please plan to arrive on time or a few minutes early.
