Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and Donna will always do her best to accommodate unexpected situations. To honor everyone’s time and energy, please note the following guidelines. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations for confirmed appointments must be made *at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment* to qualify for a refund. Approved refunds will cover the amount paid *minus merchant processing fees*. These fees are non-refundable costs paid to the payment provider when your transaction is processed. No refunds will be issued for: * missed appointments or no-shows; * cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice; or * unused appointment time resulting from arriving late. RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact Team Donna as soon as possible. Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when at least *24 hours’ notice* is provided. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be handled on an individual basis. Donna will always do her best to accommodate genuine emergencies or unexpected circumstances when reasonably possible. LOYALTY DISCOUNTS: If you are a returning client who receives a loyalty discount, please remember to apply your discount code *at the time of booking*. We are unable to issue partial refunds after a booking has been completed if a discount code was not entered during checkout. QUESTIONS AFTER YOUR READING: Emailed questions following a reading will not be answered outside of a scheduled session. If something comes up after your reading or you have additional questions you would like to explore, you are welcome to bring them to your next booked session with Donna. LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that Donna can remain on schedule for the clients who follow. No refunds, extensions, or additional time will be provided for late arrivals. Please plan to arrive on time or a few minutes early so you can enjoy the full time reserved for you. IF DONNA NEEDS TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE: On the rare occasion that Donna needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Team Donna will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule your appointment or receive a refund. PACKAGES, PROGRAMS, EVENTS: Packages, coaching programs, group readings, special events, promotional offers, and other limited-capacity experiences may have additional or different cancellation and refund terms.
