By enrolling in the Spirit-Led Coaching Series Pay-Over-Time option, I am purchasing a package of four 45-minute Spirit-Led Coaching sessions with Donna Hutchinson for a total price of $440.
I authorize four automatic payments of $110 according to the billing schedule I select below. My first payment activates the series, and the remaining three payments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided using my first payment date and the frequency I select for the deduction schedule.
I understand that the Pay-Over-Time option is an installment arrangement for the complete four-session package and is not a month-to-month membership or a pay-per-session arrangement. My payment obligation is therefore separate from the pace at which I schedule or complete my sessions.
I may schedule my four sessions anytime during the 4 month period for this series. Completing the sessions before the final payment date does not cancel or reduce the remaining balance.
If I need to update my payment method or request a reasonable adjustment to a billing date, I will contact TeamDonna before the next scheduled charge to share my request. Any adjustment to the payment arrangement or release from the remaining balance must be approved before changes can be made.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be considered used, except in an emergency or when otherwise approved by Donna or TeamDonna.
